I’ve put myself through the paces. I’ve worked with a coach. I’ve done the learning. And I’ve found food and body freedom.

I started Hibar Nutrition because, through my own efforts to transform my body, my diet, and my health, I became passionate about helping others do the same. We all share the same desire to look good and feel great, even if that looks and feels different to you than it does to me.

I don’t adhere to only one approach, like macro tracking or calorie counting, but rather, I work with each individual client to find the approach that is most suitable to them.
