Why 12 weeks?
I work in 12-week blocks because it’s long enough to form new healthy habits and see results, and short enough to not feel overwhelming. Each of my programs is delivered in this 12-week period, with the option for you to finish up your plan at the end of the 12 weeks, or develop a new plan to carry on your transformation with guidance and support.
What makes your plans different?
Follow-up and accountability are key to the success of my clients, so this is a key ingredient in all of my plans. I adjust the delivery mode to suit your individual needs (face-to-face, online, email and so on) but each and every client receives 1:1 support and accountability from me for the duration of their 12-week program.
